Therapy & Counselling

Supporting, guiding, motivating my clients to initiate and maintain sustainable change.

Very important aspect of my sessions is, client’s involvement and participation. My efforts are to provide a safe and positive environment where they feel heard, attended to, and encouraged.

Some clients initially just want to be quiet and that is welcome too. I understand when things are way ‘too much’, we don’t know where and how to start. Some of the Body-Mind modalities I use don’t even require them to share or speak, besides necessary health information. All they have to do is to show up. Showing up is the minimum I would expect from my clients.

When clients feels ready, I share some practices that they can start doing on their own, that gives them a sense of power and self-reliance.

Most of my clients contact me in a high stressed state and they simply want to feel better. The approach I use can support a person during distress and can also fuel a person’s vision to live an empowered life.

In the last few years, I have been highly inspired by neuroscience. Interestingly enough, some of their scientific findings are in sync with Yoga Philosophy/science. Neuroplasticity- the ability of the brain to change itself, makes our minds open to the possibility of change and reinventing ourselves.

We are not the victims of our circumstances and it’s possible to learn new habits and behaviours later in life is no longer a philosophical ‘feel good concept’, it’s backed by science. Those changes are not just in our minds, with some effort we can indeed change our biology.
