Net fee for International clients paying. Remittance charges (if any) would be solely borne by the client.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Fee mentioned is the net amount to be received by Kanika Gupta. Remittance charges including correspondent bank charges are to be borne solely by the client. If your bank doesn’t have the option to bear the remittance charge (which is rare) kindly add the remittance/international fund transfer charges applicable in your country to the fee amount.

Client will be fully responsible for the platform they use to transfer the amount. Any issues occurring during transfers is solely client’s responsibility.

Any request for rescheduling or cancellation will be accepted only if the request is received 48 hrs before the scheduled session. After which no refund or rescheduling is possible.

Use the session packs within the validity period. Any sessions remaining beyond the validity period will lapse.

In case of long illness or an emergency, kindly inform the teacher asap, max loss will be of one class, rest of the sessions will be put on hold till the expiry of the validity period . All efforts will be made to minimise the monetary loss of sessions for the client.

Sessions are non transferable and non refundable.

None of my work is a replacement for medical advice. In some cases working with a medical doctor/psychiatrist alongside will be necessary. Full disclosure of any medical condition is important. All information provided by the client will be fully confidential.

My intent is to provide support to my clients to help them improve their health and wellbeing. It is a voluntary decision of the client to participate in the sessions. Client will be solely responsible for any health/medical condition, during or after our sessions have ended.
Sessions can be booked by making advance payments by online bank transfer. International payments may take 5-7 days to process, kindly plan it accordingly.
