Simple modification in lifestyle to support health.

Simple substitutions and changes in our lifestyle can support and further enhance our physical and mental health. 


Nutrition, exercise, habits and attitude all affect our stress managing ability. Besides this, our social connections and environment also have a direct effect on our wellbeing.


For example, research shows spending time in nature or taking a walk in nature can reduce stress to significant levels. Diet can have direct effect on our mental states and can help to reduce  symptoms of anxiety and depression is the core of nutritional psychiatry. Likewise, avoiding bright screens late at night is connected with better quality sleep and hormonal balance.


I share and guide my clients with well-established lifestyle interventions which help them handle stress more effectively.
