INTEGRATIVE BODY - MIND APPROACH
When our body feels calm and safe, mind is more receptive to new perspectives and adopting change. Forcing a thought, advice or an ideal when our body-mind are still in stress mode can create more inner tension.

Our thoughts, feelings and emotions can affect our body and our body can affect our mental and emotional aspects. There is a bi-directional connection. It is interesting to know our body can experience stress, even when we are not consciously aware of it.

Body-Mind integration is now a well researched approach towards stress regulation, reversing stress related conditions, inducing calm ,enhancing health, improving productivity as well as an adjunct to medical treatment in many serious illnesses.
